Called about an oven that ran hot no matter what temperature I set it to. Turned out the sensor was reading wrong the whole time. Baking properly again after twenty minutes of work.

Stove igniter kept clicking but never lighting the burner. Guy had it diagnosed within a couple minutes of arriving and it was fixed before I'd finished making coffee.

Dryer was taking three cycles to get anything dry and our energy bill was climbing. Blocked vent was the culprit, cleared it out and back to one cycle like it should be.

Fixed our dishwasher pump issue fine, just wish the initial phone quote had been a bit closer to the final price. Work itself was done properly and quickly.

Warm spots in the fridge had us worried it was on its way out completely. Just needed a new evaporator fan, running evenly cold again and saved us buying a whole new one.

Washer was walking clear across the laundry room during spin, thought it was going to fall over eventually. Simple levelling fix plus a worn shock, dead quiet now.

Third call to them now, always the same experience. On time, straightforward pricing, and they actually explain what went wrong instead of just handing you a bill.

Was expecting to be told the dishwasher needed replacing given how old it is. Instead they fixed a stuck float switch for a fraction of that cost. Refreshing not to be upsold.

Left the kitchen exactly as tidy as it was before the visit, which shouldn't be notable but somehow always is. Solid work on the range too.

Repair on the oven sensor went fine and it's been accurate since. Only reason for four stars is the part took a few days longer than originally quoted.

Been calling them for a couple years now for whatever breaks. Never had to call anyone twice for the same problem, which says a lot about the actual repair work.

Dishwasher wasn't draining and I'd already tried clearing the filter myself with no luck. Blocked hose further down the line, cleared in about half an hour.
