Our fridge quit on a Saturday and I was bracing for a whole weekend of takeout. Called around 9am and someone was here by early afternoon, which honestly surprised me on a weekend.

Dishwasher had been leaving spots on every glass for months, figured it was just old. Turned out to be the water inlet valve, cleared up completely after the fix.

Told me exactly what was wrong with the dryer before he even opened it up, just from listening to it run. Confirmed it once he got inside. That kind of experience is worth paying for.

Good repair on the oven, works fine now. Docking one star only because the appointment window was a bit wider than I expected, but the work itself was solid.

Washer was shaking so bad it was walking across the laundry room floor. They leveled it and found a worn shock absorber while they were at it. Runs completely still now.

Stove had one burner that would only spark and never actually light. Fifteen minute fix apparently, felt silly for putting up with it for as long as we did.

Second time using them, first was the fridge and this time the dishwasher. Both times, quick and no runaround. That's rare enough that I'm actually writing a review about it.

Appreciated that they didn't try to talk me into a new dryer when a heating element was clearly all it needed. Not every company would've been that upfront.

Cleaned up after themselves, which sounds like a small thing until you've had a repair visit that left a mess. Would call again without hesitation.

Fixed the fridge fine, just took a couple extra days for the part to come in. They called with updates each day so it never felt like we were forgotten about.

These are our go-to now for anything appliance related in the house. Third time calling and every visit has gone the same way, on time and done right.

Oven wouldn't hold temperature and everything came out either raw or burnt. Turned out to be a bad sensor, calibrated and tested before he left, baking evenly again.
