Twenty Mile Appliance Repair provides residential appliance diagnostic and repair services across Grimsby and Ancaster, Ontario, including but not limited to fridges, washers, dryers, dishwashers, stoves and ovens.
Service appointments may be booked through our website, by phone or by email. We make reasonable efforts to arrive within the scheduled window but cannot guarantee exact arrival times due to factors outside our control.
Pricing is communicated and approved before any repair work begins. Diagnostic and service call terms are confirmed at the time of booking, and no work proceeds beyond diagnosis without your approval.
We use OEM (original equipment manufacturer) parts wherever possible. All completed repairs are covered under our 90-day warranty on parts and labour, subject to the terms outlined on our Warranty page.
Cancellation requests are subject to the terms outlined on our Cancellation Policy page, including notice periods and applicable fees for late cancellations.
Customers are responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to the appliance being serviced, including clearing the surrounding area and disclosing any known hazards or prior repair attempts.
Twenty Mile Appliance Repair is not liable for pre-existing damage, issues unrelated to the diagnosed repair, or consequential losses arising from appliance failure prior to our service visit.
